New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in New York peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. their signature latte is on the sweeter side (sweetness adjustable), but overall decent quality coffee and very pretty cafe. my boyfriend thought their sausage egg & cheese was okay - would prefer it on a croissant instead of brioche.

This is truly a gem in this city. Iβve been to multiple coffee spots some that are pretty viral on tiktok and the quality is not there neither is the service which i understand since it might be too fast paced but Kona Coffee really brought me back to what real coffee tastes like. I had the iced latte to taste the espresso with the milk but then I added the maple cold foam which added a great balanced drink. Not to mention their cold foam is also one of the best ones you can find here in nyc. The employees were extremely nice. Amazing shop, coffee, and service!

What a delightful find in the city center! The atmosphere is so peaceful, a true escape from the urban hustle. Their handmade pastries are delicious and high-quality. I absolutely recommend the cold brew and the blueberry yogurt muffin! π«π

I stopped in here on a Friday morning after finding the place on Google Maps. I ordered the Hawaii Latte and thoroughly enjoyed it. An area for improvement is the customer service. The staff member who took my order was quite rude not just to me but also to other customers. This was unfortunate and takes away from the experience.

Delicious coffee and pastries served here! Customer service/interaction was just okay but luckily we enjoyed our orders so that was kinda overlooked. Inside was spacious and even has a second floor! Restrooms are clean and needs a passcode as its for customers only. Inside is nicely spaced and overall loved the flow over there. Close location to Grand Central too.
